Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using VisioHire. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

VisioHire Job Market is a daily job search intelligence service operated by IMAVISSIO Ltd. The service scans publicly available job listings, scores each opportunity against your profile across multiple dimensions (semantic match, role tier, location, salary, market timing, recruiter-scan likelihood and applicant-density signals), fuses those into a composite decision-grade verdict per opportunity with a reasoning trace, and delivers a personalised daily digest with supporting application materials — including cover letter templates, LinkedIn outreach suggestions and company context.

The digest is assembled from multiple layers of market intelligence. The composition of each delivery — including the types and sources of opportunities surfaced — is determined by the engine at runtime based on live market conditions and your profile. Match delivery continues across all active layers when direct matches are unavailable.

VisioHire Job Market is an intelligence and preparation tool. We do not submit applications on your behalf, represent you to employers, or guarantee employment outcomes.

VisioHire is not regulated careers advice. All recommendations are advisory only. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the service output.

2. Relationship to IMAVISSIO Ltd Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply specifically to the product identified on this page and form part of the wider legal framework governing IMAVISSIO Ltd and its product portfolio.

By accessing or using this product, you also agree to be bound by the IMAVISSIO Ltd Terms of Service, which apply across all IMAVISSIO products and services.

In the event of any inconsistency between these product-specific Terms and the IMAVISSIO Group Terms:

3. Subscription Plans

VisioHire Job Market is offered across four tiers. All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP and are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as Merchant of Record and handles all applicable VAT. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing visiohire-ji.support@imavissio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

IMAVISSIO Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with no refund obligation for the current billing period.

5. Your Profile Data

By providing your CV text and job preferences, you grant IMAVISSIO Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that data solely for the purpose of operating the VisioHire Job Market service on your behalf. We do not share your profile data with employers, recruiters or third parties without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that any CV content you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not include sensitive personal data (such as national insurance numbers, passport details or medical information) in your CV text submission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, scoring algorithms, decision engines, roadmap-generation logic, positioning models, gap-analysis frameworks, market-discovery signals, templates and materials provided by VisioHire are the proprietary intellectual property of IMAVISSIO Ltd. The internal codes used to identify the engines (including but not limited to VH-OPE, VH-MTI, VH-HMD, VH-CSE, VH-MGI, VH-PPA, VH-RBS, VH-CI, VH-MR, VH-WIS, VH-AAA and VH-EXM) are trade-marked product references for the underlying proprietary systems.

Cover letter templates, LinkedIn message drafts, roadmap outputs, gap analyses, positioning recommendations and any other generated content delivered to you by the service are provided for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, republished, or used to train any competing service.

6a. Salary Estimation Methodology

Where an employer has not disclosed a salary figure on a job advertisement, VisioHire may display an estimated salary band alongside that opportunity. These estimates are produced by the VisioHire salary-estimation model, which derives a market-based range from publicly available compensation data for comparable roles using the following factors: job title, seniority level, geographic market, sector or domain, and current market conditions.

Estimated bands are clearly marked within the service as "Not disclosed by employer — market estimate" and are accompanied by a disclaimer identifying them as model-based estimates, not employer-stated figures. They do not represent:

The salary-estimation feature is available on Navigator and Commander plans and above. Scout (Trial) users see this feature in a locked state. IMAVISSIO Ltd accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of estimated salary bands. You should always confirm compensation directly with the prospective employer before making any career decision.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisioHire is an intelligence and preparation service. IMAVISSIO Ltd does not guarantee:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IMAVISSIO Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We aim to deliver daily job search digests by 07:30 Berlin time on business days. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occasionally affect delivery timing. Job market data is sourced from third-party APIs; we are not responsible for data quality or availability issues originating from those providers.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all personal data at any time by emailing visiohire-ji.legal@imavissio.com. For paid subscribers, data is deleted 90 days after subscription cancellation. For Scout (free trial) accounts, the full lifecycle is: 30-day active trial → 60-day upgrade window → up to 6-month locked period → automatic permanent deletion — totalling approximately 10 months from account creation. 11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email with a minimum of 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Match volumes advertised on plan cards (e.g. "up to 20 matches per day") are maximum possible volumes, not guaranteed minimums. Actual match volumes depend on live job market availability, your search configuration, and daily job posting activity across our global data sources. Daily and weekly match counts will vary. IMAVISSIO Ltd makes no guarantee of any minimum number of matches per digest cycle. If you consistently receive fewer matches than expected for your plan, contact customer.services@imavissio.com and we will optimise your profile at no charge.

VisioHire aggregates job listings from third-party sources. IMAVISSIO Ltd does not control the accuracy, availability, or validity of job postings and is not responsible for expired, misleading, or withdrawn listings.
